Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, our straightforward policy return and exchange policy is here to assist you.

We don't accept any returns/exchanges without a proper UNCUT unboxing video of the package.

For any returns/ exchanges for products purchased from our website, our policy last 2 days. If 2 days have gone  by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you an exchange or refund.

Incase of order cancellation, a full refund will only be provided for orders that have been cancelled before Dispatch.       

If your order was damaged, you can mail us the video and pictures of the damaged product and we will process  your exchange.
